What’s Your Walking Goal This Summer?

Welcome to summer.  It still looks cold and rainy here in my neck of the woods, but I’m sure it will come eventually.

What is your walking goal for this summer?  Are you training for a half marathon or marathon?  Are you getting conditioned for a hiking or walking vacation? Are you just interested in losing weight and feeling more fit?

    My goal is to get some sunshine in the morning and late day and stay out of the sun’s damaging rays but walk in the sun to absorb the vitamin D. By end of summer I should be in better walking shape from simply doing what I love.
